Christian Transformational Mindset Coaching
I am a mindset coach with several years of coaching experience, drawing on my life experience and over 19 years of professional experience in project management, administration, and personal development.
As a Christian mindset coach, I am passionate about helping people discover biblical and godly perspectives and solutions to life’s challenges. I believe that life has both natural and spiritual dimensions, and that lasting transformation comes from understanding life through both lenses and applying God’s truth as revealed in His Word. Jesus said, “And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.”
Through coaching, I support individuals in gaining clarity, building confidence, overcoming limiting beliefs, and taking purposeful steps toward growth, wholeness, and a more Christ-centered life.
My goal is to help clients awaken to the freedom, purpose, and abundant life available in Christ, and to live more fully and intentionally in every area of their lives.
My approach is grounded in Scripture, godly wisdom, and lived experience. I am not a licensed therapist or counselor, and coaching is not a substitute for professional mental health services.

Sessions and Pricing
I offer one-hour coaching sessions via Zoom (audio or video).
The fee is $50 per session.
Coaching is intended for individuals seeking personalized, one-on-one support.
I also offer free articles and resources for general guidance and encouragement on my website.
