About Mwendwa
I am a disciple and servant of Jesus Christ, a Bible teacher and author.
Formerly a backslider turned new-age author, coach, and teacher, Jesus Christ radically delivered and saved me at the age of 41 from a life of demonic bondage, deception, and eternal misery.
Jesus has delivered me from a deeply broken and sinful past littered with severe childhood trauma, years of clinical depression and suicidal ideations, alcoholism, LGBTQ and sexual bondage, spiritual abuse, church hurt, backsliding, self-destructive habits, demonization, and years of New Age spiritual deception and given me new life in him.
Ministries:
Awaken the Bride of Christ Ministry: Our purpose is to preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ, make disciples through sound, Bible-based teaching, and awaken the Bride of Christ in readiness for His return.
Hand of Hope Outreach exists to demonstrate the love of Christ by helping the poor and vulnerable—including widows, orphans, the sick, prisoners, and street children—through tangible and practical help such as food, clothing, shelter, school fees, and other basic needs as the Lord provides.
Articles and Books: Mwendwa is a prolific writer of hundreds of sound, Bible-based articles and books aimed at helping people mature and become fruitful disciples of Jesus Christ.
Some Personal Interests:
I love studying the Bible and am an avid researcher and lover of church history.
I love writing and sharing about the kingdom of God.
I love inspiring, giving hope to, and encouraging those who are in bondage to addictions, confusion, despair, depression, and life's hardest battles because I have been there.
I love singing and especially love hymns.
I love animals, and especially cats. I have a black Bombay male cat.
I love thinking, testifying, and talking about Jesus, the Bible, and spiritually edifying topics.
I look forward to going to heaven one day and to the resurrection of the saints. There is a glorious inheritance awaiting those who trust in Jesus after this life. Do not miss it. This earth is simply a vapor compared to eternity.
