Heaven is for the Holy and Obedient

Our church attendance, religious duties, and claims to be Christians by themselves will not get us into heaven. Many Christians and even some whom God uses will be cast into hell for disobedience and living in sin. The Bible says that without HOLINESS, NO ONE WILL SEE GOD (Hebrews 12:14).

“Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only the one who does the will of my Father who is in heaven.”

Jesus in Matthew 7:21-23

Paul says we should EXAMINE ourselves to see if we are in the faith (2 Corinthians 13:5). God requires absolute obedience, surrender, and a FEAR of Him. We must REPENT and turn away from sin because no unclean thing shall enter his kingdom (Revelations 21:27).

We must start to fear God as Christians in these last days, remembering the words of Jesus that only a FEW SHALL BE SAVED (Matthew 7:13-14). Sin and disobedience will take us to hell. We must flee from them as eternity beckons every day. These are days of great deception and lukewarmness among Christians, and many hearts have grown cold because there is no fear of God even in pastors who teach God’s word. Many have gotten too familiar with God and think God is all love and butterflies and have forgotten that he is also a terrible, Holy, and just God who will judge sin without any partiality to any person.

Repent for the kingdom of heaven is at hand

We must remember that we shall each give an account for God one day, and we can’t escape it. God will never compromise his standards and words for anyone. You can never create God in your own image. He is God; you are not. And all flesh will answer to him.

After death, there is no repentance. While you have time, in these days of Grace, change your ways and turn to the Lord in mourning and weeping for your sins, especially those sins that you love, and turn from them. Don’t harden your heart

“Today, if you will hear His voice, Do not harden your hearts as in the rebellion.”

Hebrews 3:15

God sees everything we do in secret, and all is written in the books in heaven (Revelations 20:12). Our deeds shall testify against us on the day of judgment. Then it will be too late to ask for mercy. Mercy is while we live, not after death or after Jesus returns. FEAR GOD NOT MAN. Make your way right with God while you are still on the way. Your Soul’s eternal destiny is at stake.

“To accept correction is wise, to reject it is stupid”

Proverbs 12:1
